Moise Kean and Albert Gudmundsson try to keep Fiorentina in the fight for Europe as they host third-placed Atalanta, as Mateo Retegui and Ademola Lookman start.
It kicks off at the Stadio Artemio Franchi at 14.00 UK time (13.00 GMT).
You can follow all the build-up and action as it happens from this game, Inter-Udinese and Napoli-Milan on the Liveblog.
The Viola are brimming with confidence after smashing Juventus 3-0 before the break for international duty, then Kean bagged a brace in Italy’s 3-3 draw with Germany.
The only remaining absentee is Andrea Colpani, as well as Edoardo Bove of course, and coach Raffaele Palladino sticks with the 3-5-2 formation.
Nicolò Fagioli pulls the midfield strings behind Kean and Gudmundsson, leaving ex-Atalanta flop Nicolò Zaniolo on the bench.

Atalanta saw their Scudetto hopes evaporate in a 2-0 home defeat to Inter and go into this match with a lot of problems to deal with.
Capocannoniere Mateo Retegui was only expected to be fit for the bench, but he surprisingly starts with Lookman and Charles De Ketelaere.
Midfielder Ederson is suspended, while Stefan Posch, Odilon Kossounou, Giorgio Scalvini and Gianluca Scamacca are injured, plus Juan Cuadrado only ready for the bench.
Coach Gian Piero Gasperini also sits out a touchline ban after his dismissal for dissent.
Fiorentina vs. Atalanta line-ups
