According to Il Corriere dello Sport, Napoli directors will soon meet Manchester United to discuss Alejandro Garnacho, while the Red Devils are in talks with Lecce for Patrick Dorgu.
Napoli are expected to raise their offer for Garnacho in the coming hours, with club director Manna meeting the Red Devils’ executives.
According to the report, Napoli already offered €50m for the Argentinean winger and won’t bid more than €60m.
Several sources claim that Manchester United’s asking price for Garnacho is €80m, but the 20-year-old winger is in advanced talks with the Serie A leaders and an agreement between the two parties could convince Manchester United to lower their demands.
The report claims United have even identified a potential Garnacho replacement in Lecce full-back Dorgu. Corriere dello Sport reports that Manchester United have already opened talks with the Serie A strugglers.
Garnacho reportedly spoke to Napoli coach Antonio Conte who has identified the Argentinean as the ideal replacement for Khvicha Kvaratskhelia.
